WELCOME TO SKATEWORLD OF VANDALIA
Skateworld of Vandalia has been operating since 1976. Charles Clark operated the rink for the Corson family for 25 years, then in 2004, he and his partner purchased the rink. Charles retired in 2021 and the rink is now owned by his previous partner, Beau Townsend.
You’ll be greeted by our friendly staff, listen to the latest music (hits), and skate surrounded by spectacular lighting (just updated!). In September, 2022, our floors were completely refinished, so NEW FLOORS TO SKATE ON!!
Our rink has a large skating floor plus a smaller one for beginners. We have SkateMates that help children or adults, balance and learn to skate independently. The Fun Shop is stocked with lots of various novelties that can be purchased or redeemed after playing our games. Whether you’re looking to buy skates and accessories or need repairs, our PRO SHOP specialists are there to help you. After rolling for awhile, you’ll want to visit our full-service FOOD BAR; we have a great menu!
In addition to our weekly schedule of OPEN SESSIONS, we offer a wide variety of skating options for you. Our rink is available for rent to host those special events you may have coming up. These include Birthday Parties, School and Sports events, Fundraisers, Holiday Parties, Corporate events, and any other type of event you may want us to host for you.
